Private room with shared bathroom (regularly cleaned) in a residential house.

The bedroom is equipped with a large comfortable bed, a spacious closet, a work area, a smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime access, air conditioning and heating.

We do not allow access to our kitchen.On the other hand, the room is equipped with a mini fridge (with integrated freezer), a microwave, a cupboard to store your food products, an electric kettle and crockery (glass, cutlery, plates, bowls…). Everything has been thought out for your comfort.

There are free parking spaces all around the accommodation.

The neighborhood is very quiet and family-friendly. It is very good to live there for your short or long professional or tourist stays.
