1. To make a reservation, the client must complete an online booking form accurately and fully. Any false information provided may result in the reservation being refused.
2. Payment of the total rental amount is required to confirm the booking. Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. No reservation will be confirmed without full payment.
3. Late payments will incur late interest calculated at a rate of 1% per day of delay, as well as recovery fees equivalent to 15% of the amount due, with a minimum of 50 euros.

1. A security deposit is required from the client on the day of arrival. This security deposit, the amount of which is specified at the time of booking, will be refunded after the end of the stay if no damage is found in the accommodation.
2. If damage is found, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the security deposit. If the amount of damage exceeds the amount of the security deposit, the client agrees to pay the difference as soon as possible.

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these T&Cs will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the location of SEJOURPARFAIT.COM's registered office, even in the event of multiple defendants or third-party claims.
