Article 2: Reservation and Payment

1. To make a reservation, the customer must complete an online booking form accurately and completely. False information provided may result in the reservation being refused.

2. Payment of the total rental amount is required to confirm the reservation. Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. No reservation will be confirmed without the full payment being received.

3. Any delay in payment will result in late payment interest calculated at a rate of 1% per day, as well as collection fees equivalent to 15% of the amount due, with a minimum of 50 euros.

Article 3: Prices

1. Rental prices are indicated in euros including value-added tax (VAT) on the SEJOURPARFAIT.COM website. They may vary depending on the time of year, length of stay, and selected additional services.

Article 4: Cancellation

1. In case of cancellation of the reservation, the following conditions apply:

- Cancellation more than 7 days before the start of the stay: full refund of the payment.

- Cancellation between 7 and 2 days before the start of the stay: 50% refund of the payment.

- Cancellation less than 2 days before the start of the stay: No refund will be made.

2. SEJOURPARFAIT.COM reserves the right to cancel a reservation at any time, without notice, in case of force majeure or if the accommodation becomes uninhabitable for any reason. In this case, SEJOURPARFAIT.COM undertakes to fully refund the customer.

Article 5: Security Deposit

1. A security deposit is required from the customer on the day of arrival. This security deposit, the amount of which is specified at the time of booking, will be refunded after the end of the stay if no damage has been found in the accommodation.

2. If damages are found, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the security deposit. If the amount of damages exceeds the amount of the security deposit, the customer agrees to pay the difference promptly.

Article 6: Liability

1. SEJOURPARFAIT.COM is not liable for theft, loss, or damage to the customer's personal belongings during the stay. The customer is responsible for damages to the accommodation during their stay.

2. The customer is also responsible for any unlawful or disruptive behavior during their stay and agrees to respect the house rules and the neighborhood. In case of non-compliance with these rules, SEJOURPARFAIT.COM reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund.

Article 7: Modification of the GTC

SEJOURPARFAIT.COM reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The changes will take effect upon their publication on the website. It is the customer's responsibility to regularly check the GTC to be informed of any changes.

Article 8: Disputes
