General Sales Conditions of SEJOURPARFAIT.COM

Article 1: Purpose

    These general sales conditions (GSC) govern the relationship between SEJOURPARFAIT.COM and its customers who book short-term accommodation on the website www.sejourparfait.com.

    Article 2: Reservation and Payment

      To make a reservation, the customer must fill out an online reservation form and make the payment of the total rental amount. Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. Once the payment is received, the reservation is confirmed. SEJOURPARFAIT.COM reserves the right to refuse a reservation if the information provided by the customer is inaccurate or if the payment is declined.

      Article 3: Price

      Rental prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). They may vary depending on the time of year and the duration of the stay. The price indicated on the website at the time of booking is the final price.

      Article 4: Cancellation

      In case of reservation cancellation, the following conditions apply:

        • Cancellation more than 7 days before the start of the stay: full refund of payment
        • Cancellation between 7 and 2 days before the start of the stay: 50% refund of payment
        • Cancellation less than 2 days before the start of the stay: no refund will be made.

        Article 5: Security Deposit

        A security deposit is required from the customer on the day of arrival. This security deposit will be refunded after the end of the stay if no damage is found in the accommodation. If damages are observed, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the security deposit.

        Article 6: Liability

        SEJOURPARFAIT.COM cannot be held responsible for theft, loss, or damage to the customer's personal belongings during the stay. The customer is responsible for damages to the accommodation during their stay.

        Article 7: Modification of GSC

        SEJOURPARFAIT.COM reserves the right to modify these GSC at any time. The modifications will be effective upon publication on the website.
