🔑 How does access to the apartment work? +
Access is fully self-service and easy! Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive all instructions via email. We will send you a link containing all necessary information, including access codes, the Wi-Fi password, and local recommendations. You will also have the option to book additional services, such as an early check-in or late check-out.
🕒 What are the check-in and check-out times? +
Check-in is available from 5:00 PM, and you must leave the apartment before 11:00 AM on your departure day. However, if you need a special arrangement, we can adjust these times based on availability.
💳 Can I pay in installments? +
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before arrival.
💰 Is a deposit required? +
Yes. We understand that accidents can happen. The deposit will cover any material damage during your stay. This amount will be held on your credit card but not charged.
The deposit is refunded on the day of departure if the property has not been damaged in any way.
🧼 Is cleaning included in the stay? +
We automatically clean the entire apartment at the end of each stay, as per your initial booking. However, if you wish, you can also order an additional cleaning service during your stay, which includes a full cleaning of the apartment and replacement of bed linens.
🧾 Will I receive an invoice at the end of my stay? +
Yes, an invoice will be sent to you at the end of your stay for full transparency.
📝 Is there a rental agreement? +
Yes, you will receive a digital rental agreement.
❌ What are the cancellation terms? +
We offer a full refund up to 7 days before your arrival. After that, a 50% refund is possible up to 2 days before the arrival date.
🛌 Are linens provided? +
Yes, we provide bath towels and bed linens to make your stay even more comfortable.
🚭 Is smoking allowed in the apartments? +
No, smoking inside the apartment is strictly forbidden for reasons of comfort and safety.
🐶 Are pets allowed? +
Although we love animals, they are not allowed in our apartments to maintain strict hygiene standards.
🎉 Are parties allowed? +
To respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, parties and events are strictly prohibited in our apartments.
